Story Time
Today is the day we have been looking forward to, for weeks now. The Sherock program finally launches and what is a launch without a keynote speaker.
Meet Dr Mothomang Diaho, she will be giving our keynote address today and setting the tone for the program.
Get to know about this trailblazer:
‘Lifestyle is the medicine’
Mothomang is a qualified Gestalt practitioner and Cape Cod Methodology intervener. Her passion for group intervention and social cohesion makes her effective in her work across all levels and within any hierarchical system. The methodologies she employs introduce the similarities between working with individuals, families, teams, or small groups. She uses these techniques to help individuals and small groups become more effective in their lives. The Gestalt body of knowledge integrates Gestalt Psychology, Systems Theory, and Organisational Development Theory, and applies the integrative perspective across multiple levels of systems.
Mothomang qualified as a Medical Doctor at the University of Adelaide in Australia some 35 years ago. She completed post-graduate programmes in Public Health, an MBA at Wits Business School, followed by a Programme for Management Development (PMD) at the Harvard Business School, as well as a Gestalt International OSD (Organisational and Systems Development) at the Cleveland Institute. She has worked as an intervener with executive teams and individuals with both USD-ED and DUKE Corporate Education.

This book focused on matters of Leadership and what it means for people on the continent.
