Naida Culshaw

Nadia Culshaw is a Consultant, facilitator and development coach for professional and personal projects (small groups, teams and individuals). She has over 20 years of experience in marketing and cross-sector communication, managing projects and events for businesses and non-profit environments, and developing programs for adults and youth.

In her previous positions in medium to large organizations in both the private and non-profit sectors, her focus was not only on the work but also on the people around me.

She discovered that by empowering individuals and teams – giving attention to internal processes such as inter-group relations, communication, and decision making – and by engaging people in broader conversations, you can develop agile, adaptive and creative individuals as well as build learning organizations. This belief serves as a cornerstone for her work as a teacher, mentor, facilitator and coach.
