One of the questions that many have been asking from the beginning of the pandemic is “How are you?”. No, really “how are you doing”. Is everything okay? How is your mental health coping with every event that has taken place? How are you dealing with the financial constraints and the pay cuts?

Entrepreneurs how is business going? Did you have to face closure or paused operations? What toll has it taken on your mental health? Students working from home online, did it perhaps have an impact on your results? Employees working from home, meeting deadlines and zoom meetings how is that going?

Job seekers, the unemployed and job losses is a very difficult subject to tackle. How is searching for employment during the pandemic and how is your mental state?

Parents having to home school or ensure learning is taking place at home, the truth please? How is that process going?

How has Covid 19 impacted your mental health? Let us be frank and have honest conversations about the impact that Covid 19 has had on us, our businesses, finances and livelihoods. The month of October we will be answering some very difficult questions pertaining to mental health implications due to the pandemic.

I hope this helps the readers and everyone. Please like and share?
